i have a 1992 325i’ stock has 112,000 miles on it, and its automatic, and i hit 135 before. must be a good one, i didn’t think it would match to the 5th gear.

@inawe12 I think what Mercedes wanted to do is please American drivers. You know, for them it’s big engine = big torque = good car.

the guy that said the e90 m3, your right but that would even smash the merc….BMW is the ultimate driving machine…anyone that talks about driving pleasure and doesnt end it with i own a bmw can fuck right off……i got me a 320d m sport coupe….yes i know its a d and only 2.0 litres…petrols too bloody expensive….and yet this car puts a smile on my face day after day…if i could id actually marry bmw…

I don’t know what happened with the Mercedes…it seemed to slide on every corner…why it lose control so easily ??

Personally, I find this head-to-head a little unfair towards the C63. The least they could do was to pit it with the E90 M3, which has the same spec as the E92, but with 4 doors, just like the C63.

It didn’t surprise me the M3 won this one; shorter wheel base and less weight.

Who of you drive on a racetrack? On a race track you have to choose a Lotus Exige.
A real test should be done with the same driver for the 2 cars (preferably a pilot like the Stig).
In the real lfe, I would prefer the C63:.power, comfort, sound, look and prestige.

i think the M3 is more likeable. The C63 runs it close but its too clumsy and rely’s on people choosing it because of its power, torque and that astonishing V8. The M3 is more of a tool than the merc so it would have to be the M3 :/

M3 works just as well on the road as it does on the track plus it’s better looking and you’ll look better driving it

classic case of sniper rifle verses minigun. one does the job quickly and efficiently, the other does it while making loads of noise in a massive cloud of smoke. personal preferance here. both seem to be great cars.

The M3 is more tuned for the track, the E63 is more of a touring car and heavier. I would still take the Benz any day!
