@scratchy996 i love the 911 i even am ok with the new boxter spyder but the panamera isnt a porsche, its basically an audi s4 in porsche skin

Ahh! I remember when the 996 were still being sold we were buying a Cayenne, and the Porsche garage gave me 2 of those 996 posters I still have one framed on my wall many years on! Happy memories!

actually it is , Ferdinand himself wanted a 4 door car but he didn’t get to see his dream. now they finally made one and it’s the best 4 door car on the market. it’s not the average family car , it’s the Porsche of the sedans, just like the Cayenne is the Porsche of SUVs. Porsche is about engineering and performance, no matter what form it has. they used to build tractors and tanks and designed military armored vehicles until the late ’70s.

@scratchy996, Unfortunately for me I have niether the time, money or inclination to be test driving new Porsche’s but if I did, I wouldn’t be interested in the Panamera I assure you.
Porsche have always been about performance, performance without compramise. If you have enough money to buy a new Porsche you buy one and drive an Audi S4 or a BMW 5 series for the family runs. This is not what Porsche is about at all.
